Applying this updater will change the following:
* Shortcut Customisation Function added. (not included in Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor)
* Mouse wheel operation on the tracking editor and the musical editer improved.
* "Lyric/Pronetic Symbol" on "View" menu separated to "Lyric" and "Pronetic Symbol" that has independent setting menu.
* Fine adjustment of vibrato length enabled, by dragging while Alt key pressed.
* Zooming of the tracking editor and the musical editor while playing back enabled.
* Detailed information dialogue added on VST plugin admininstration dialogue.
* Selection of character code enabled, when opening VSQ or SMF files from file dialogue.
* Adjustment of the number of undo history record on the preference enabled.
* Text of the help menu partially updated.
