Q. I can't authorize or deauthorize my computer. I got a message "Failed to access the Authorization(activation) server." "There is no response from the activation server. "

Your OS may not support TLS 1.2 encryption protocol used to authorize VOCALOID products.

For Windows
Please upgrade your OS to Windows 8.1 or later that supports TLS 1.2.

For macOS
Please upgrade your OS to macOS 10.15 Catalina or later that supports TLS 1.2.
You also need to update VOCALOID License Manager to version 4.5.0.
