Q. The first note isn't sung at the right time. (VOCALOID5 VSTi/AU)
VOCALOID5 requires some time before the first note of a VOCALOID part in order to realistically emulate human singing. Try expanding the VOCALOID part with some empty space before the first note in the part. If the VOCALOID part starts at bar 1 of the DAW, try to insert an empty bar before it.
