I don't receive sample key sounds on VOCALOID3 even when I click on the piano roll.
Enable [Output the Sample of Synthesized Voice] in [Settings] → [Preferences] → [Others].
I can't enter any note on 18th measure (and further) on Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor.
Because Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor is simpler than regular VOCALOID3 Editor, so the maximum measure composable is limited to 17.
I can't enter any note on 33rd measure (and further) on VOCALOID3 Editor.
When VOCALOID3 Editor is launched, it automatically creates a part of 32 measures by the default, and it can be modified to any length, anytime. When you point out the right end above the track editor (which is colored in light green) with the arrow mode (right click on the track editor and choose [arrow] from the menu), the arrow cursor will turn red. Then, while the cursor is red, drag the cursor horizontally to adjust the length of the measure. If you wish to extend the measure length, drag the cursor to the right.

I receive an error message of "Can't output Wave file (undefined external error)" when I try to play back a sound.

No sounds are output, while notes are input and are played back.
There are several possible reasons. Please confirm following things. (1) Please release Mute/Solo settings on the track editor. (2) If channel fader or master fader of the mixer screen is set to the bottom value, set it back to 0dB. (3) If gain of the mixer screen is set to the most left down position, please set it back to 0 position (it is the position of 12 0'clock). (4) Please release Mute/Solo settings on the mixer screen. (5) If you are trying to use "expired" Voice Bank as a singer, it won't give you any sound. Please change it to the Voice Bank which activation is valid. You can confirm which Voice Bank is activated on [Help] → [About VOCALOID3 Editor]. (6) Please check if the correct device is selected on the audio device settings on the preference menu. (7) If [Trace the Past Event] is unchecked, the sound is only output when it is played back from the beginning. Please check it.
