Mobile VOCALOID Editor is released
Yamaha Corporation today released the iPhone/iPad app “Mobile VOCALOID Editor,” now available on the App Store.
This version is offered as a monthly subscription ($3.99 USD).

It also includes a 14-day free trial, during which users can use not only VY1 Lite but also “asa,” a newly developed official voice bank available for free.
Mobile VOCALOID Editor Product Description
・Easily start creating VOCALOID songs with a monthly subscription
The subscription plan ($3.99 USD/month) allows users to start creating VOCALOID songs more easily than ever.
A 14-day free trial is available for new users, enabling anyone to experience the world of VOCALOID music creation with no initial cost.
・Equipped with the new synthesis engine “VOCALOID:AI”
Just like the PC/Mac version of VOCALOID6, this app features the new VOCALOID:AI engine, which uses artificial intelligence to produce natural and richly expressive singing voices.
In addition to newly released VOCALOID:AI-compatible voicebanks such as AI Megpoid and Otomachi Una, users can continue to enjoy previously released voicebanks including Hatsune Miku, IA, and others.
All VOCALOID:AI-compatible voicebanks support multilingual singing in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
・Includes the new official voicebank “asa” for free
The subscription version includes “asa,” a new official voicebank featuring a delicate and translucent singing voice.
Together with VY1 Lite, which has been included since previous versions, users can enjoy two voicebanks right from the start at no additional cost.
Notes: VY1 Lite supports Japanese only.
