The Megurine Luka V4X voice database is meticulously crafted from extensive studio recordings of voice actress Yuu Asakawa, carefully edited and processed to deliver a wide variety of vocal tones and expressions. The library supports E.V.E.C. for detailed control over vocal color, as well as a range of expressive parameters including Gender Factor, Brightness, and Growl, enabling highly expressive and dynamic vocal performances.

For the Japanese voice database, the E.V.E.C. function enables control on a note‑by‑note basis, including vocal tension and dynamics, changes in vocal tone, breathy endings, and consonant emphasis.In addition, the Growl function allows for intense, aggressive vocal expressions. By combining these features, a wide variety of singing styles and expressive performances can be achieved.
The English voice database also supports the Growl function, making it possible to produce powerful, raspy, and aggressive vocal expressions.
