Details of the improvements

In Version 6.7, two highly requested features from users have been added.

You can now choose how control parameters behave after input

You can now choose how control parameter values behave after input.

This setting was called “V2 Compatibility” in VOCALOID4.

If you select “Revert to original value” under [Preferences > General], the original value before input will automatically be inserted after the newly entered value.
For example, when inputting pitch bend data, after entering a value to raise the pitch, the pitch will automatically return to its original value.

You can now choose how control parameters behave after input
Behavior when “Revert to original value” is not selected (behavior in versions prior to 6.7)
Behavior when “Revert to original value” is selected (new behavior introduced in version 6.7)

It is highly convenient to use in combination with the Direct Pitch Editing feature introduced in version 6.6.

The AIR parameter has been improved, allowing for the creation of whisper vocals

The [VOICE COLOR > AIR] parameter has been expanded, expanding the input range from "-64 to +63" (CLEAR = -64 to AIRLY = +64) to "±100" (CLEAR = -100 to AIRLY = +100).

When setting the AIR parameter to values above +64, the voice will gradually become to lost the sound. At AIR: +100, the voice becomes completely unvoiced, resulting in a whisper voice.

Projects created with versions earlier than Ver. 6.7 are fully compatible with Ver. 6.7. AIR parameter values of -64 - +63 will be recognized as-is. However, if a project created in Ver. 6.7 or later contains AIR values of -100 to -65 / +64 to +100 is opened in a version earlier than Ver. 6.7, those values will automatically be adjusted to -64 or +63.

The AIR parameter has expanded
AIR=0
AIR=64
AIR=100
