If you have an internet connection, when you launch either VOCALOID3 Editor or Tiny VOCALOID3 Editor, the update confirmation dialogue will appear automatically if there is an update of the tool you are using, so you can update it by following the guidance.
You can also confirm and download an updater manually from the link if you close the dialogue before updating your editor.
