Q. When I try to reinstall VOCALOID3 Editor and/or Voice Bank, I receive a dialog of "You have activated more than the limited times. Please ask the agency/distributor which you purchased VOCALOID3 from." and can't finish activation.

Please deactivate the product first, and then try to activate again.

If you fail to deactivate, please contact Yamaha’s VOCALOID Products Customer Center.
