Q. Screen Time is restricting in-app purchases. I can’t make a purchase.

Go to “Settings,” then “Screen Time,” then “Content & Privacy Restrictions,” then “iTunes & App Store Purchases,” then “In-app Purchases,” and tap “Allow.”
