I cannot import WAV files into VOCALOID5 Editor by dragging and dropping.
When importing a WAV file by drag and drop, it is not possible to drop the file on the “VOCALOID track”. Drag and drop onto the audio track or to any other blank area. Not all Voice Banks are displayed on the “Media” screen of VOCALOID5 Editor. The "Media" screen displays a collection of phrases that match various music styles. Therefore, Voicebank that does not have a phrase collection or older versions Voicebank such as VOCALOID4 will not appear on the media screen. How do I deauthenticate VOCALOID5?
VOCALOID5 deauthentication is performed with "VOCALOID Authorizer" as in the case of authentication. Select the “Deauthorization” tab on VOCALOID Authorizer and choose the software from the list on the left to deauthorize.
I want to delete the actvate infoemation of VOCALOID5 Editor and Voicebanks on a computer that does not have Internet access. How can I deactivate them?
You can deactivate by offline deactivation from another computer which has internet access. After starting "VOCALOID Authorizer", select "Deauthorization" > "Offline" on the screen and follow the displayed procedure to perform authorization.

Please confirm that VOCLAOID5 VST Plug-in file "VOCALOID 5 VSTi.dll" is located as following; C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2 (windows) Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST (Mac) Please assign the location for the VST with your DAW. It may require to be done manually depending on DAW.
