Q

I want to open VOCALOID4 Editor, but the "Open VOCALOID4 Editor" menu command does not appear in the "MIDI" menu. The VOCALOID4 Inst window displays a message in red, saying "VOCALOID4 module initialization failed(Error Code:83100007) Cannot load VOCALOID4 API module."
