Some computers may disable network devices when the LAN cable is unplugged. If a network device is used during product activation, the activation key check fails because the disabled network device cannot be found.
In such case, perform the activation again, and select the HDD as the device for activation.
If the maximum number of activations has been reached, contact Yamaha's VOCALOID Products Customer Center with your product name and serial code.
