Q. I use VOCALOID5 Editor in Apple Logic Pro. I can't operate "play/stop" by pressing the space key.

Check the contents of [Edit]> [Key command] on the Logic menu.

If "Register with Key Label" is registered in "Space key" in of global command "Play or stop", please unregister once.

Then assign "Space key" to "Register at key position".

After that, make sure that you can play/stop with the space key.
