If you recovered the computer with a backup tool, hard disk clone, Time Machine, or Migration Assistant, the VOCALOID authorizer won't recognize the installation.
Please uninstall all VOCALOID components and reinstall them.

[Applications] > [VOCALOID] > [Uninstaller]
[Applications] > [VOCALOID5] > [Uninstaller]
